5. SMS Messaging and Phone Numbers
We collect your phone number only when you voluntarily provide it to us, such as when you sign up to receive SMS notifications for mental health reminders and performance coaching.

We collect your phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide them to us, for example, during account setup, when you enable SMS notifications, or when you sign up to receive mental health and performance reminders. You can opt in to receive these SMS messages by providing your phone number and enabling notifications in your account settings.
Use of Phone Numbers for SMS
SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier. We will only share your phone number with our SMS provider (Surge), subject to their privacy policy. We use your phone number exclusively to send you mental health reminders, post-game reflection prompts, pre-game motivation messages, and wellness check-ins as requested.
Opting Out of Messages
If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us, you can opt out by:
- Texting STOP to any message
- Disabling SMS notifications in your account settings

Privacy of Phone Numbers
Once you have opted out, we will not send you any more SMS messages, nor will we sell or transfer your phone number to another party. We do not share your SMS opt-in consent or phone number with third parties beyond our SMS provider, and your text messaging preferences are kept private and secure.
6. Children Under 13
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable consent from their parent or legal guardian.
A child under 13 can only use PostGame once a parent has consented, either by adding the child from the parent's own PostGame account or by approving the consent request we email to the parent. With that consent we collect the child's name, date of birth, sport and team, and the coaching content they take part in: messages and audio from their coach, goals, development plans and evaluations. We use it only to provide the coaching service. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or show ads to children.
A parent can review the information we hold about their child, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete the child's data at any time from Settings → Children's privacy in their parent account, or by emailing us at the address below. Withdrawing consent stops the child's use of PostGame; a deletion request removes their account, messages, recordings and evaluations.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can manage your data through your account settings or contact us directly.
